Terms of service

1. Purpose

These terms govern sales made on this site between TRIPLE CORP LLP, whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom and which is registered under number OC456473, and any person buying as a consumer.

Placing an order means accepting these terms in full, in the version in force on the day of the order.

2. Products

The main characteristics of each product are set out on its page. Photographs and illustrations are indicative and are not part of the contract: a shade of colour can vary from one screen to another.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the store's currency, taxes included, excluding shipping. The shipping charges that apply are shown before you confirm the order. We may change our prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown at the moment you order.

4. Orders

The sale is concluded when you confirm your order after checking its contents and total price. We send you a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order that is abnormal, in particular where there has been a previous payment dispute.

5. Cancelling an order

As long as your order has not shipped, you may cancel it free of charge by writing to us at contact@stowton.com with your order number. The request must reach us before the parcel leaves. We refund the full amount to the payment method used, within 10 days.

Once the order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled: you may refuse the parcel on delivery, or exercise your 30-day right of withdrawal on the terms of our refund policy.

6. Payment

Payment is taken online when you order, by the methods offered at checkout. Payment details go straight to the payment provider: they neither pass through nor are stored by us.

7. Delivery

Shipping methods, delivery times and conditions are set out in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Withdrawal and returns

You have 30 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason, and 30 days to send the item back. We refund within 10 days of receiving your return. The terms and the exclusions are set out in our refund policy, which is the reference document on the matter and forms part of these terms.

9. Legal guarantees

All our products carry the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, which apply whatever any commercial warranty says. To rely on them, write to us at contact@stowton.com.

10. Liability

We are not liable for damage resulting from use of a product other than for its intended purpose, nor for failure to perform the contract where that failure is caused by an event beyond our control.

11. Complaints and mediation

Any complaint should be sent to us at contact@stowton.com. We undertake to answer it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
