Withdrawal policy

At Stowton you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind, without giving a reason. That is the store's own window: it is longer than the legal minimum, and it applies to every item, including items bought on promotion or in a sale.

How to exercise this right

Write to us at contact@stowton.com quoting your order number and the item concerned. No prior approval on our part is needed: the email simply informs us of your decision. You then have 30 days to send the item back.

Condition of the item

The item must come back to us in its original condition, complete, with its accessories and packaging, and must not have been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

Wallets, card holders and other small leather goods must come back unused — no cards or cash carried in them and no creases or marks from use — so they can be resold as new.

Return shipping

Return shipping is at your expense, except where an item is faulty or not as described. Write to us before sending anything back: we will confirm how to proceed and the return address.

Refund

We refund to the payment method used for the order, within 10 days of receiving your return.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply, as the law provides, to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, to goods liable to deteriorate or expire quickly, or to gift cards.

Our refund policy is the reference document for cancellations, withdrawals, returns and refunds; where anything differs, it prevails.
