Shipping policy

Processing times

Orders are packed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Paris time) are processed the same day; after that, the next business day.

Shipping methods and delivery times

The times below are in business days and are counted from the moment your order is placed, packing included. The charge for each method is the one shown here and again at checkout, whatever the order total.

• Standard shipping — $2.90 — 7 to 9 business days
• Priority shipping — $4.90 — 5 to 7 business days

The times quoted are the ones our carriers give us. A busy period, a public holiday or a problem at the carrier can make them longer; if that happens we email you.

Tracking your parcel

We email you a tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. If you have not received it, check your spam folder and then write to us at contact@stowton.com.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

Tell us about any parcel that arrives damaged, or that has not been delivered beyond the time quoted, at contact@stowton.com. We open an enquiry with the carrier and come back to you with a resolution: a replacement or a refund.

Delivery address

The address entered on the order is the one the carrier uses. An incomplete or incorrect address can send the parcel back to us: contact us as soon as possible after ordering if you need to correct it.
