How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping takes 7 to 9 business days. Priority shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Both options include tracking, and the exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Paris time) are processed the same day; orders placed after that cut-off are processed the next business day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it to your door. The delivery window depends on the shipping method you chose at checkout: standard in 7 to 9 business days, or priority in 5 to 7 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Two tracked options are offered at checkout: standard shipping, delivered in 7 to 9 business days, or priority shipping, delivered in 5 to 7 business days. The price of each option is shown at checkout before you pay, whatever the order amount.

What is your return and refund policy?

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, wallets, card holders and other small leather goods must come back unused, with no cards or cash carried in them and no creases or marks from use, so they can be resold as new.

Once your return is received and checked against these conditions, your refund is processed to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments over TLS encryption. Stowton does not store your card details at any point in the process.

How do I choose the right wallet for me?

Start with how you carry your cards and cash day to day. A bifold or trifold suits people who carry cash and several cards; a slim or minimalist wallet suits people who carry a handful of cards and want less bulk in a pocket.

Next, check the material and card capacity listed on the product page, and whether RFID-blocking matters to you. If you travel often, a dedicated passport holder or registration holder may suit better than asking one wallet to do everything.
